Honoring the Accomplishments of BPE Professionals

Today’s blog is a little different than normal. We want to take to time acknowledge the professional accomplishments of some of our attorneys and say congratulations to the recipients. We are truly humbled and grateful for the support our clients, peers, and community have shown us over the years and continue to show.
First and foremost, in July the Citrus Heights Chamber of Commerce honored BPE Law as the Best of Best for legal services in the community. This is the second year in a row that we have received this award and we are tremendously humbled by the selection. Of the accolades received, this is the most important. It is our commitment to provide efficient, innovative and effective legal services to our clients and commitment will remain.
Senior Attorney and head of our litigation department, Robert J. Enos was included in Sacramento Magazine’s 2018 Top Lawyer list as a civil litigator. For those of you that have had the pleasure of working with Robert, you know that his ability to dissect facts and shape a lawsuit in the best light for BPE Law clients is his trademark. His skills in the courtroom are second to none and we want to take the time to congratulate Robert on this tremendous honor.
Counsel, Alexander Munn was included in Sacramento Magazine’s 2018 Top Lawyer list as a Real Estate and Estate Planning attorney. Many of you know Alex from his public presentations ranging on wide ranging topics including many facets within real estate and estate planning. Recently, Alex achieved a significant victory for a client in an easement lawsuit in Placer County. Alex has a natural ability to negotiate significant results for his clients even in the most difficult of situations and we want to congratulate Alex on his inclusion in Sacramento Magazine’s 2018 Top Lawyer list.
Senior Associate and transactional attorney, Matt Kirkpatrick, was included in Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2018. A tremendous honor for Matt as the Super Lawyers list is limited to the top five percent of each state’s attorneys and inclusion on the rising star list is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys. For those of you who have been fortunate to work with Matt, you know firsthand that he has exceptional attention to detail and has a tremendous ability to shepherd business deals from the LOI to the closing and today we congratulate Matt on his inclusion in the 2018 Super Lawyers Rising Star list.
Finally, transactional attorney and Managing Shareholder, D. Keith Dunnagan was included in Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2018 and was also included in Sacramento Magazine’s 2018 Top Lawyer list as a Real Estate and Business attorney. For those of you that have worked with Keith, you know that the key to his success is the ability to see past hurdles in the transaction and find practical business solutions for his clients, whether it be a loan workout or an acquisition of a multi-million dollar business asset. We congratulate Keith on these selections.
