In 1995, Steve Beede founded our firm to serve the legal needs of individuals, real estate and business professionals. Since that time, our firm has handled thousands of cases from simple contract reviews to complex multi-party litigation throughout California and in the Federal courts. Our broad experience and focus on well-researched, solid, representation has built an enviable reputation both at the negotiating table as well as in the courtroom. We’re not just about courtroom battles. We’ve long been sought after to get new and established businesses operating properly from creation of corporations, LLCs, and Partnerships, to preparing and enforcing contracts, and even negotiating finance and purchase and sales of businesses. Lastly, we want to make sure our clients don’t lose what they’ve worked so hard for through a costly Probate. So we set-up Revocable Trusts and all of the related documents necessary to make an Estate Plan work smoothly.
