STEPHEN J. BEEDE

Since founding the law firm in 1995, Steve has personally handled over 1,000 cases from contract reviews to complex multi-party litigation. Having experienced multiple economic downturns including the crashes of 1981, 1986 and 1990, he has the scars and experience to help upside down owners find direction through this present recession. He also serves as a mediator, arbitrator, and pro-tem judge in Sacramento & El Dorado Counties. Steve was a licensed real estate broker, with over 27 years experience in brokerage, development, and property management as well as having owned over 300 housing units with his wife, Ann. In his spare time, Steve is an avid golfer, scuba diver, traveler, church leader, Toastmaster, and plays bass guitar player for a prominent Sacramento 80's rock band.

ROBERT ENOS

Robert has been handling construction defects and personal injury cases since 1996 and came to BPE from one of Sacramento’s top insurance defense law firms. His attention to detail and insider knowledge of defense strategies is a great resource. Robert has further developed an expertise in complex business and technical litigation involving cases from Alaska to Florida to China. Robert currently serves as a Member of the Placer County Assessment Appeals Board. In his spare time, Robert enjoys scuba diving, camping with his family, and leading teams in paintball matches.

KEITH DUNNAGAN

Keith is licensed to practice law in California and Washington. After earning his law degree from Willamette University in Salem, OR, Keith became a partner in a general practice law firm in a rural Eastern Washington community. His work there was primarily as a litigator of general civil matters, involving collections, contracts, property and family law as well as transactional experience in contract negotiation and formation for business entities.
Keith came to us after moving to California in 2008. His practice here focuses on complex civil litigation in both State and Federal Court as well as creditor/debtor law. In his spare time, Keith and his wife enjoy traveling and are active members of their Church. He is also an avid fly fisherman that spends as much time as possible chasing the elusive wild Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout and Steelhead of the Western American Rivers.

ALEX MUNN

Alex joined BPE in July, 2010. A graduate of McGeorge School of Law, Alex has actually been practicing law longer than any of us. For most of his professional career, Alex has focused on civil law, primarily working with insurance companies in settling claims and litigating disputes. In the course of this, he has had a great many court trials and is very skilled with discovery and pleadings. Prior to joining BPE, Alex worked at a mid-size Sacramento firm doing real estate and business litigation as well as other general liability defense.
