Melanie’s expertise in real estate law includes representing both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, financing, as well as advising clients on land use and zoning matters.

Represented Sellers in a $50,000,000 corporate transaction with major Fortune 100 company.
Routinely represents both corporate and individual buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions ranging from a couple hundred thousand dollars to several million dollars.
Successfully negotiated technology licensing deals with foreign companies.
Prepares documents related to corporate formations from simple to complex.
Represented Lender in $15,000,000 loan crossing international jurisdictional boundaries.

She also obtained a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, which was ranked as the number 1 Alternative Dispute Resolution program in the country at the time.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Management Option from California State University – Fresno.
Hobbies/Interests
Melanie enjoys anything outdoors, including off-roading, hiking, golf, camping, mountain biking, and snowboarding. If she can bring her dogs, that is a bonus
