Honoring the Accomplishments of BPE Professionals 2021

Today’s blog is a little different than normal. We want to take to time acknowledge the professional accomplishments of some of our attorneys and say congratulations to the recipients. We are truly humbled and grateful for the support our clients, peers, and community have shown us over the years and continue to show.
Associate Attorney, Jose L. Parra, for the second year in a row was included in Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2021 for his efforts in real estate law. Jose has been instrumental in helping BPE’s real estate clients in complex litigation and he has significant results both in the courtroom and through settlement. A tremendous honor for Jose as the Super Lawyers list is limited to the top five percent of each state’s attorneys and inclusion on the rising star list is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys. For those of you that have had the benefit of working with Jose, understand his focused application of the law to facts guides his representative style. Additionally, Jose is also admitted to the Nevada Bar and is assisting in the development and expansion of the firm in Nevada. We congratulate Jose on his well-deserved inclusion in the 2021 Super Lawyers Rising Star list.
Associate Attorney, Tanner N. Puryear, was included in Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2021 as an estate planning and probate attorney. A tremendous honor for Tanner as the Super Lawyers list is limited to the top five percent of each state’s attorneys and inclusion on the rising star list is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys. Those of you that have had the pleasure of working with Tanner, have learned that the secret to his success is his ability to digest and articulate complex estate issues in a calm and understandable manner. We want to take the time to congratulate Tanner on this tremendous honor.

A tremendous honor for Carl as the Super Lawyers list is limited to the top five percent of each state’s attorneys and inclusion on the rising star list is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys. For those of you that have had the benefit of working with Carl, understand his focused application of the law to facts guides his representative style. Additionally, Carl was recently admitted to the Nevada Bar and is assisting in the development and expansion of the firm in Nevada. We congratulate Carl on his inclusion in the 2021 Super Lawyers Rising Star list.
Senior Associate and Transactional Attorney, Matt Kirkpatrick, for the fourth year in a row was included in Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2021 and for the third year in a row was also included in Sacramento Magazine’s 2021 Top Lawyer list as a Business and Corporate attorney. A tremendous honor for Matt as the Super Lawyers list is limited to the top five percent of each state’s attorneys and inclusion on the rising star list is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys. For those of you who have been fortunate to work with Matt, you know firsthand that he has exceptional attention to detail and has a tremendous ability to shepherd business deals from the LOI to the closing and today we congratulate Matt on his inclusion in the 2021 Super Lawyers Rising Star list and the 2021 Sacramento Top Lawyers list.
Chief Trial Counsel, Robert J. Enos and head of our litigation department, Robert, for the third time in four years was included in Sacramento Magazine’s 2021 Top Lawyer list as a general litigator. For those of you that have had the pleasure of working with Robert, you know that his ability to dissect facts and shape a lawsuit in the best light for BPE Law clients is his trademark. His skills in the courtroom are second to none and we want to take the time to congratulate Robert on this tremendous honor.
Finally, Transactional Attorney and Managing Shareholder, D. Keith Dunnagan, for the fourth year in a row was included in Super Lawyers list for 2021 as a Real Estate attorney and for the third time in four years was also included in Sacramento Magazine’s 2021 Top Lawyer list as a real estate attorney. Many of you know Keith from the blog articles he writes and the seminars he presents at various Realtor Associations. For those of you that have worked with Keith, you know that the key to his success is the ability to see past hurdles in the transaction and find practical business solutions for his clients, whether it be a loan workout or an acquisition of a multi-million dollar business asset. We congratulate Keith on these selections.
