On September 19, 2022, BPE officially opened its newest location in Central Washington. Adding to its offices in California and Nevada, BPE continues to expand to provide high quality legal services on the West Coast. BPE’s Washington office is located at 700 E Mountain View Ave., Ste. 508 in Ellensburg, WA.
Ellensburg is a growing community centrally located in the state that affords BPE the ability to serve clients in the Puget Sound area as well as communities such as Yakima and Tri-Cities in Eastern Washington.
For me, it is important to extend our company’s reach into Central Washington. I started my legal career in Ellensburg, WA so this is a bit like a homecoming for me. I am back to having a presence in the community I went to college in and where I started my career. I am looking forward to bringing a comprehensive legal practice to a community that does not have such a resource.
In bringing BPE to the Ellensburg market, we are bringing a law firm with a diverse practice base. Not only does BPE have a deep knowledge in areas like real estate, estate planning and business – BPE also has niche practices that include healthcare, energy, employment, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, banking and finance, and civil litigation. Additionally, BPE will offer family law services from the Ellensburg office.
James (“Jim”) T. Denison, Jr., formerly with Lathrop, Winbauer, Harrel, Slothower & Denison, LLP, (LWHSD), will lead the Washington office and continue to provide outstanding legal services and advice to the residents of Kittitas County. He will also be expanding his practice to dovetail into the areas of real estate, finance, healthcare and mergers and acquisitions that are consistent with BPE’s core practice areas.
Along with Jim, Molly McDowell and Erica St. Louis will be providing legal services out the Washington office and Keith Dunnagan, managing shareholder will provide services on an as needed basis. Also Nayeli Rios will continue to support the attorneys at BPE and Amanda Clerf will provide front office support. We look forward to the exciting opportunities that this Washington presence will provide for the Ellensburg community and BPE to partner together in bringing high quality legal services to Central Washington.
