Today’s Article brings news of an important and valuable change coming to BPE Law as I begin the process of moving into retirement and Keith Dunnagan takes full control of the Company.  As I firmly believe, this change will bring significant improvements and expansions on the legal services we bring to you and will continue to build the strong reputation which the firm has earned. Read more below.

I’ll still be available to answer your questions about your real estate, business, estate planning, or any other legal issue. I’ll also continue Blogging and doing presentations for business and community organizations.  I may even be available for new Client Consultations if needed.

22 years ago, real estate investor and broker Steve Beede founded the law firm that would become BPE Law Group, PC. Today, with 8 attorneys and offices in Gold River and Lincoln, California, the firm continues to grow and had its most successful year ever in 2016. But at age 67, Steve has been ready for the next phase of life, visiting with his family and grandchildren, traveling with his wife Ann in their RV, and of course playing golf and making music with his band. And so, on April 1, 2017, Steve was succeeded at the firm by Keith Dunnagan who is the head of the firm’s transactional law division and for the past two years has served with Steve as co-Manager of the law firm.

Steve will remain involved in the firm on a limited basis to provide mentoring, counsel, marketing, and outreach to the real estate and business community.

The strength of BPE Law Group is best found in the experience and success of its staff which include:
