Originally from North Carolina, James relocated to Washington State in 2020 to pursue his legal education. He earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2023 and has since practiced law in Moses Lake, Washington, focusing on family law and general civil litigation.
Prior to attending law school, James worked as a high school teacher within the North Carolina public school system. During his undergraduate studies at Mars Hill University in western North Carolina, he was a student-athlete, competing on both the cross country and track and field teams.
