Zach is an associate attorney handling a variety of civil cases.

Before joining BPE Law Group, Zach worked as a corporate tax attorney in Seattle and Detroit. Before becoming an attorney, he worked at a radio station, a horse ranch, and a bank. He also lived in Europe for seven years.
Zach has represented:
- Property owners in partition sales, easement disputes, adverse possession claims, and quiet title actions;
- Homeowners’ associations in disputes involving construction, architectural control, liens and collections;
- Landlords in evictions and ejectments;
- Business owners in filing and foreclosing on construction and chattel liens;
