Honoring the Accomplishments of BPE Professionals 2025
Today’s blog is a little different than normal. We want to take the time to acknowledge the professional accomplishments of some of our attorneys and say congratulations to the recipients. We are truly humbled and grateful for the support our clients, peers, and community have shown us over the years and continue to show.
Attorney Carl H. Block, for the fifth year in a row, was included in Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2025 as a real estate and general litigation attorney. A tremendous honor for Carl as the Super Lawyers list is limited to the top five percent of each state’s attorneys and inclusion on the rising star list is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys. For those of you that have had the benefit of working with Carl, understand his focused application of the law to facts guides his representative style. Additionally, Carl is admitted to the Nevada Bar and is assisting in the development and expansion of the firm in Nevada. We congratulate Carl on his inclusion in the 2025 Super Lawyers Rising Star list.
Attorney Melanie De Marco, was included in Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2025 for her efforts in Real Estate, Business and Corporate law. Melanie has been a key contributor in helping to guide BPE clients in successfully closing numerous transactions ranging from a couple hundred thousand dollars to many millions of dollars. For those of you that have had the pleasure of working with Melanie, you know that the key to her success is being able to see the business path forward and her ability to find sensible compromises to assist parties in business and real estate transactions. Melanie is also licensed in Nevada and regularly assists NV businesses with their corporate and business matters as well. We congratulate Melanie on this recognition.
Attorney Skyler Gray, was included in Super Lawyers Rising Star list for 2025 for his efforts in General Litigation, Business and Construction Litigation. A tremendous honor for Skyler as the Super Lawyers list is limited to the top five percent of each state’s attorneys and inclusion on the rising star list is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys. For those of you that have had the benefit of working with Skyler understand the key to his success is thorough knowledge of the facts and deep research into each issue he is presented. Additionally, Skyler is licensed in Nevada and regularly assists clients on litigation matters in the Silver State. We congratulate Skyler on this well-deserved honor.

A tremendous honor for Roberto as the Super Lawyers list is limited to the top five percent of each state’s attorneys and inclusion on the rising star list is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys. For those of you that have had the benefit of working with Roberto understand the key to his success is a keen understanding of the rules of civil procedure and how to move a case through the rules of court. We congratulate Roberto on this well-deserved honor.

A tremendous honor for Keaton as the Super Lawyers list is limited to the top five percent of each state’s attorneys and inclusion on the rising star list is limited to 2.5% of the attorneys. For those of you that have had the benefit of working with Keaton understand the key to his success is tenacity to research each issue and uncover all the necessary facts to mount a strong case for his clients. Keaton recently passed the Washington State bar exam and will be assisting clients in the Evergreen state as well. We congratulate Keaton on this well-deserved honor.
Attorney D. Keith Dunnagan, for the eighth year in a row, was included in Super Lawyers list for 2025 as a Real Estate and Business & Corporate attorney. Many of you know Keith from the blog articles he writes and the seminars he presents at various Realtor Associations and Healthcare/Dental events. For those of you that have worked with Keith, you know that the key to his success is the ability to see past hurdles in the transaction and find practical business solutions for his clients, whether it be a loan workout or an acquisition of a multi-million dollar business asset. We congratulate Keith on these selections. In addition to his work in California, Keith regularly assists clients outside of California as he is admitted to the Washington State and Nevada Bars as well.
