T. Keaton Turnipseed

Keaton is a litigation attorney handling simple and complex civil cases.

Keaton’s clients largely consist of homeowners, landlords, and businesses in California, where he proactively helps them to effectively resolve disputes.

Keaton was born and raised in Sacramento, California.  He played on his university’s men’s soccer team, winning the first North West Conference title in school history. 

Representative Matters:

  • Represented home buyers in a non-disclosure matter
  • Represented home buyers in mediation against the seller and the buyer’s agent
  • Resolved partnership dispute in mediation regarding partnership’s ownership of home
  • Represented landlords in resolving multiple unlawful detainer actions short of trial via settlement or move-out agreements.
  • Represented homeowner in partition action
  • Resolved matters representing homeowners’ association members in claims against the association
  • Successfully negotiated the rescission of s residential purchase agreement.
